A pure Arabica coffee, Espresso Origin Brazil is a delicate blend with a smooth texture and an elegantly mild and sweet flavor enhanced by a note of lightly toasted grain. Tastes best when served in a small cup (40ml).
Espresso owes its characteristic sweet cereal aroma and smooth texture to special kinds of Arabica from Brazil (Cerrado) and partly washed beans of Bourbon.
While the Cerrado beans undergo a short and light roasting to achieve a roundness on the palate and bring characteristic cereal and toasted notes, the Bourbon beans are roasted longer and darker for a distinctive sweet and mild aromatic flavor.
Lightly toasted grain.
BEST WAYS OF SERVING COFFEE WITH MILK:
Dash of milk:
A drop of milk reinforces the smooth texture and characteristic toasted grain notes of Espresso Origin Brazil, whilst awakening touches of bitterness and subtle green flavors.
This sweet and smooth espresso brings forth a full-bodied and milky Cappuccino, which keeps cereal and very subtle vegetal notes and develops sweet caramel notes.
When prepared as a Latte Macchiato, Espresso Origin Brazil becomes very smooth, milky with nice toasted and biscuit notes.
