ICE INTENSO SAFFRON SUMMER AFFOGATO

Jump into the summer vibe with our ICE INTENSO saffron summer affogato. The sweet taste and floral aroma of vanilla and saffron combined as a creamy and cool version of an icecream treat. The characteristic dark roasted notes of ICE INTENSO served as a stunning accent in this golden summer must-have.

 

MATERIAL AND INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 100 ml of 1.5% milk
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 cappuccino glass
  • 1 Nespresso Barista device or shaker
PREPARATION:
  1. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a cappuccino glass.
  2. Pour 100 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Nespresso Barista machine and add a pinch of saffron. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device, and press the start button. / If using a shaker, pour the ingredients into the shaker, close it tightly, and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Brew 40 ml of ICE INTENSO next to the ice cream in the cappuccino glass.
  4. Pour the saffron milk foam over the espresso.
  5. Optional: Garnish the ice cream with a few strands of saffron or a pinch of saffron.
