ICE INTENSO MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN SPARKLER

The spicy joy of orange combined with woody, citrusy notes of rosemary in a tonic with iced coffee will win the summer. Shift your senses to the heart of the Mediterranean, the sparkling brightness of this recipe and its unique native aroma elegantly blend with the bold, roasted notes of ICE INTENSO.

 

MATERIAL AND INGREDIENTS
  • 1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml)
  • 4 + 1 ice cubes (30 g each)
  • 1 slice of fresh orange (untreated)
  • 5 ml of vanilla syrup
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (untreated)
  • 80 ml of tonic water
  • 1 Recipe glass
  • 1 Nespresso Barista device or shaker
PREPARATION:
  1. Lightly squeeze a slice of fresh orange into the Recipe glass, add 4 ice cubes, and 5 ml of vanilla syrup.
  2. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary and 80 ml of tonic water.
  3. Pour 40 ml of ICE INTENSO into the Barista device. Add 1 ice cube, close the lid, and press the “Iced Nitro” mode. / If using a shaker, pour the espresso into the shaker. Add one ice cube, close the shaker tightly, and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.
  4. Gently pour the nitro iced coffee into the ingredients in the Recipe glass.
