Summer refreshment in its purest form. The Summer Cherry Cooler is a sparkling blend where cherry sweetness meets smooth Nitro coffee, creating a surprisingly light yet bold experience.
HOW TO PREPERE:
- Place 3 Nespresso ice cubes and 5 ml of Monin Cherry syrup in a small Barista Mixologist glass.
- Pour in 60 ml of sparkling water.
- Brew 40 ml of Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee using the Barista device. Add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe, and press the start button.
- Gently pour the Nitro iced coffee into the glass over the entire mixture.
- Add 3 Amarena cherries on a stick.

- 60 ml sparkling water
- 5 ml Monin Cherry syrup
- 40 ml Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee
- 3 Amarena cherries
