GOLD LATTE MACCHIATO

INGREDIENTS*
• Milk 1.5% – 120 ml
• Caramel sauce – 15 g
• Caramel sprinkles – 15 g
• Rosemary – 1 branch
• Volluto – 1 capsule (40 ml)

PREPARATION
In a View Recipe glass, add 15 g of caramel sauce.

Pour 120 ml of 1.5% milk into the jug and place it on the drip tray underneath the steam nozzle. Press the steam button to start frothing the milk to a temperature between 60°C and 65°C (for the Momento & Milk machine or Aguila, select the “Latte Macchiato” recipe).

Pour the hot milk and milk foam into the glass, then extract 40 ml of Volluto espresso on top.

Garnish the foam with caramel sprinkles and a branch of rosemary.
