24K CAPPUCCINO

INGREDIENTS*
• Milk 1.5% – 120 ml
• Nespresso Lemon Shortbread/Butter Salty Biscuit – 1
• Honey – 2 g
• Volluto – 1 capsule (40 ml)
• Optional: Edible gold leaf

Allergens: Milk

PREPARATION
Put 120 ml of 1.5% milk in the jug and place it on the drip tray underneath the steam nozzle. Press the steam button to start frothing the milk to a temperature between 60°C and 65°C (for the Momento & Milk machine or Aguila, select the “Cappuccino” recipe).

In a Cappuccino cup, extract 40 ml of Volluto and add the milk foam on top.

Crush a Nespresso Lemon Shortbread and sprinkle it on top of the milk foam, then add a drizzle of honey on top.

Optional: decorate with edible gold leaf.
