AMARETTI FLAVOURED OAT LATTE

Creamy foam gently embraces the senses, creating a perfect backdrop for the almond notes of Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee. The taste is enhanced by a delicate hint of pistachio paste.

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Using a brush, apply pistachio paste inside a View Recipe glass. Add 3 Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each) and pour in 50 ml of Barista oat drink.
  2. Using the Zenius or Momento 100 machine, pour 100 ml of Barista oat drink into the Aeroccino. Close the lid and press the cold foam button.
  3. Once ready, pour the cold foam into the View Recipe glass with ice, leaving a bit of space at the top. Then pour 40 ml of AMARETTI DECAFFEINATO coffee into the glass.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 g pistachio paste
  • 3 Nespresso ice cubes (90 g total)
  • 150 ml Barista oat drink
  • 5 g pistachios
  • 40 ml Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee

TOOLS:

  • Zenius or Momento machine
  • Aeroccino
  • View Recipe glass

Note: If you’re using the Aguila or Momento & Milk machine, do not add alternative milk to the milk section.
