Stir up nostalgia with the taste of cornflakes and chocolate sauce in this delicious FORTE EXTRA Latte Macchiato. The coffee’s irresistible caramel sweetness and boost of caffeine make this the Latte Macchiato you can’t resist. A touch of desiccated coconut also has its way of bringing back sweet memories.
MATERIAL AND INGREDIENTS:
- 10 g chocolate sauce
- 120 ml milk (1.5%)
- 5 g cornflakes
- 1 g desiccated coconut
- 1 capsule of FORTE EXTRA (40 ml)
- 1 View recipe glass
- Milk frother device (Aerroccino or Barista), Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine or Nespresso Aguila machine
- Pour 10g of chocolate sauce into a View Recipe glass
- Pour 120ml of milk into your milk frother and press the button (select latte macchiato on a Nespresso Barista device). Pour the frothed milk over the chocolate syrup in the Recipe Glass and extract an espresso (40 ml) of FORTE EXTRA over the milk.
- With a Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk or Aguila machine, insert one FORTE EXTRA capsule and select the “latte macchiato” recipe.
- Garnish the milk foam with a few cornflakes and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut
