Amaretti Decaffeinato is crafted from high-quality coffee beans sourced from Colombia and Brazil.
The fruity notes and acidity stem from Colombian beans, while the Brazilian beans contribute to the blend’s overall smoothness and balance.
ROASTING
The beans are roasted in separate batches based on their origin.
The larger batch consists of light-roasted Colombian beans, which preserve their fruity notes and vibrant acidity.
A smaller portion is made up exclusively of Brazilian beans, roasted significantly darker to add intensity — all while maintaining a light, clean finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
With milk: In a cappuccino, the amaretti flavor shines through the milk, accompanied by almond and vanilla notes. Frothed milk adds a smooth, creamy texture to the cup.
