Nespresso BIANCO DELICATO coffee has been developed for the perfect, sweet harmony of coffee and milk. Carefully selected Arabica beans from Kenya and Indonesia are lightly roasted, revealing notes of caramel and sweet cookies when milk is added.
Not all coffees go well with milk, but Kenyan Arabica definitely does. Known for its perfect balance between the sourness of citrus and the deep notes of juicy fruits, carefully blended with Indonesian arabica, it produces a delicate sweetness that is perfect for dairy recipes.
BIANCO DELICATO is devoid of bitterness and sourness. When milk is added, there are notes of delicate caramel and sweet cookies. It is the perfect base for cappuccino, but also for Latte Macchiato.
Roasting process: Gently and slowly roasted in two parts, both equally lightly, divided only by their origin. It is one of the lightest roast coffees ever made for our Nespresso Professional line.
Combination with milk: BIANCO DELICATO has been developed to work well with all milk coffee recipes. However, there are two traditional recipes that we encourage you to try: Cappuccino (40ml of coffee with 60ml of frothed milk), but it also works great in a larger size Latte Macchiato.
