BIANCO INTENSO is a coffee in which we have used a separate roasting technique, thus ensuring the full intensity of the blend, while maintaining perfect harmony when you combine this coffee with milk. This blend consists mainly of Colombian Arabica beans and the separate roasting used here plays an important role. We roast one part of the beans more strongly and the other lightly, so that when we add milk, the result releases sweet and nutty cereal notes, creating a harmonious cup of coffee.
The intensity of BIANCO INTENSO is softened by the delicate sweetness of milk, creating a perfect harmony with it. Proper roasting allows this mixture to cut through the sweet taste of milk and allows you to create a wonderful Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato.

Nespresso BIANCO INTENSO coffee has been developed for the perfect combination of coffee and milk. Thanks to the use of a meticulous separate roasting process and, carefully selected Colombian and Ethiopian Arabica beans, cereal and nutty notes are revealed when milk is added, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.
Not all coffees go well with milk, but a selection of the best Colombian and Ethiopian Arabicas with strong aromas will ensure the perfect harmony of coffee and milk flavor.
BIANCO INTENSO is characterized by an optimal intensity that allows you to bring out the aroma of roasted coffee without breaking the sweetness of the milk. It is an excellent base for Cappuccino, but also for other milk recipes such as Latte Macchiato.
Roasting process: To achieve the perfect flavor balance in BIANCO INTENSO, we needed an extremely contrasting roasting technique. One part of the mixture is roasted long and dark, while the other is roasted much faster and lighter. When these two types of roasting are combined, the mixture takes on a special character that works so well with the sweetness of milk.
Combination with milk: BIANCO INTENSO has been developed to work well with all milk coffee recipes. However, there are two traditional recipes that we encourage you to try: Cappuccino (40ml of coffee with 60ml of frothed milk), but it also works great in a larger size Latte Macchiato.
