Nespresso Brazil
Nespresso Brazil coffee is derived from mild Brazilian Arabica from the dry savannahs of the Cerrado region, giving the coffee of this origin a characteristic note of roasted sweet cereal aromas.
Nespresso Brazil can truly enchant. This blend comes from the mild Brazilian Arabica from the dry savannas of the Cerrado region, giving the coffee of this origin a characteristic note of roasted sweet cereal aromas. In the blend, we combine partially processed Bourbon coffee beans from plantations in the hills of southern Brazil and the São Paulo area. Thanks to this, the Nespresso Professional capsule enchants with an elegant, sweet note of honey. The coffees are roasted separately; natural (dry) Cerrado coffee is light-roasted, while semi-washed Bourbon beans are dark-roasted to acquire sweetness. Served with milk, it brings out a smooth caramel aroma and roasted notes.

OriginNespresso Professional coffee is an all-Brazilian Arabica blend with a sweet grain note characteristic of its source of origin. Some of the Arabica coffees come from plantations in the hills in the southern Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, as well as from plantations in São Paulo. We started with a few varieties grown in the dry savannah plains of the Cerrado region, then combined them with partially processed Bourbon coffee beans known for their honey sweetness. This blend truly captures the spirit of Brazilian coffee.
Roasting
To achieve the satin texture and warming notes of Nespresso Brazil, we subjected Brazilian Arabica to a separate roast. Light roasting with naturally processed (untreated, washed) coffee from the Cerrado region and roasting darkly but gently to develop the sweetness of Bourbon coffee beans.
Aromatic profile
Brazil is an elegant and delicate coffee, neither too intensively bitter nor acidic. Classic Brazilian sweet cereal notes and a hint of roasted beans make it a winner when you’re looking for an extra smooth and mellow coffee.
