Origin
The Cerrado region is loved for its nutty and chocolate aromas, while the southern region of Minas Gerais offers an altitude that elevates the acidity of this proposal and brings a touch of fruitiness. These coffees show the diversity of Brazil as a country of origin.
Roasting
We prepare this single origin coffee using the separate roast method to add complexity. Mostly green coffee goes into the first batch, which is lighter and roasted shorter. The second batch is a bit more intense roast and darker.
