Origins Coffee at Origin India is hand-picked and carefully selected. It is mainly native to one state in southern India – Karnataka. You’ll smell coffee in its purest form at Origin India. Arabica varieties are washed varieties, known for their roundness and light chocolate notes. Robusta beans are known for their large size and density – they are full of rich, powerful aromas that give Nespresso India its intensity.

Roasting
We subject the Arabica in Nespresso Professional capsules to a light roasting process to keep these subtle aromas intact. The Robusta in this coffee blend is roasted for a short, dark roast to bring out the strong notes of cocoa and spices.

Aroma Profile
The aromas of India coffee reflect its origins. Woody notes and a noble boost of clove, nutmeg and pepper reflect what grows between the coffee trees of Southern India.
