Nespresso Peru Organic Coffee Capsules. We have traveled to remote Peruvian regions in search of the best organic and certified Arabica coffee beans. We found them on the high slopes of the Peruvian Andes, reaching up to 2100 meters. Coffee is grown here using methods that meet the standards of organic farming, which are passed down from generation to generation. Origin:
The Andes stretch from north to south in Peru, separating the coastal desert from the tropical rainforest. Coffee grows here at an altitude of between 1000 and 2100 meters above sea level, in a characteristic subtropical, upland climate. The quality of coffee beans is affected by both high air humidity and the altitude at which the crops are located.
Roasting:
After such a long search for the best organic Peruvian coffee, it was a natural step to also take the same care during the roasting process. Peru Organic is a coffee that comes from one country, but the method of separate roasting is used here, which makes its taste very diverse. The beans are lightly roasted, which emphasizes the bright and smooth character of the blend while bringing out the exotic fruity notes.
