Beneath the silky milk foam swirl the bold caramel notes of Forte Extra and the warming, winning flavour of vanilla syrup. A sprinkling of poppy seeds on top lends a hint of nutty sweetness and texture to the recipe, while the coffee’s extra caffeine adds a spring to your step.
MATERIAL AND INGREDIENTS:
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- 100ml milk (1.5%)
- 5g dried banana flakes
- 1g poppy seeds
- 1 capsule of FORTE EXTRA (40ml)
- 1 View cappuccino glass
- Milk frother device (Aerroccino or Barista), Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine or Nespresso Aguila machine
- Pour 10ml of vanilla syrup into a View Cappuccino Glass
- Pour 100ml of milk into your milk frother and press the button (select cappuccino on a Nespresso Barista device). Pour the frothed milk over the vanilla syrup in the glass and extract an espresso (40ml) of FORTE EXTRA over the milk.
- With a Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine or Aguila, insert 1 FORTE EXTRA coffee and select “Cappuccino” recipe and press.
- Top up with 3 dried banana flakes and dispatch poppy seeds on top of the foam
