ICE INTENSO ENDLESS SUMMER

Honey sweetness envelops a cloud of cool milk foam floating on the bold, dark roasted notes of ICE INTENSO. A touch of thyme brings you closer to the flavors of a Mediterranean summer in this creamy iced delight.

 

MATERIAL AND INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml)
  • 10 g of honey
  • 3 ice cubes (90 g)
  • 1 sprig of fresh organic thyme
  • 150 ml of 1.5% milk, if not already in the device
  • 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish
  • 1 Recipe glass
  • Aerrocino 4 or Barista device / Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk or Aguila machine
PREPARATION:
  1. In a “View Recipe glass”, add 3 ice cubes (30 g each) and 10 g of honey.
  2. Pour milk into the device and press to create cold foam. Pour the cold milk foam into the glass, then brew one espresso (40 ml). / For Nespresso Momento or Aguila machines: Place the glass under the outlet and select Latte Macchiato mode (Momento) or Iced Macchiato mode (Aguila).
  3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a drizzle of honey.
