- 1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml of 1.5% milk
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1 cappuccino glass
- 1 Nespresso Barista device or shaker
- Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a cappuccino glass.
- Pour 100 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Nespresso Barista machine and add a pinch of saffron. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device, and press the start button. / If using a shaker, pour the ingredients into the shaker, close it tightly, and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.
- Brew 40 ml of ICE INTENSO next to the ice cream in the cappuccino glass.
- Pour the saffron milk foam over the espresso.
- Optional: Garnish the ice cream with a few strands of saffron or a pinch of saffron.
