SUMMER CHERRY COOLER

Summer refreshment in its purest form. The Summer Cherry Cooler is a sparkling blend where cherry sweetness meets smooth Nitro coffee, creating a surprisingly light yet bold experience.

HOW TO PREPERE:

  1. Place 3 Nespresso ice cubes and 5 ml of Monin Cherry syrup in a small Barista Mixologist glass.
  2. Pour in 60 ml of sparkling water.
  3. Brew 40 ml of Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee using the Barista device. Add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe, and press the start button.
  4. Gently pour the Nitro iced coffee into the glass over the entire mixture.
  5. Add 3 Amarena cherries on a stick.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Nespresso ice cubes
  • 60 ml sparkling water
  • 5 ml Monin Cherry syrup
  • 40 ml Amaretti Decaffeinato coffee
  • 3 Amarena cherries

TOOLS:

  • Zenius or Momento 100 machine
  • Barista device
  • Small Mixologist glass (1 piece)
  • Wooden stick
