MINT COFFEE SMOOTHIE

Bold and uplifting. A refreshing twist on a classic. Ristretto shaken with warm lime essence, honey and ginger beer, finished with a fresh mint sprig.

INGREDIENTS*

  • Fresh lime – ½

  • Liquid honey – 10 ml

  • Ice cubes – 6

  • Ginger beer – 60 ml

  • Ristretto Nespresso Professional – 40 ml

  • Mint sprig – 1

  • Vodka (Optional) – 30 ml

*Ingredient quantities suitable for a Nespresso View glass

PREPARATION

  1. Add half a fresh lime (30 g), cut into 6 pieces, to a Nespresso Mixology glass with 10 ml of honey.

  2. Muddle the ingredients and add 3 ice cubes.

  3. Pour in 60 ml of ginger beer. Gently lift and mix the lime pieces.

  4. Brew 40 ml of Ristretto into the Nespresso shaker, add 2 ice cubes, close and shake vigorously.

  5. Pour the chilled coffee gently into the glass.

  6. Top with a sprig of fresh mint.

  7. Optional: Add 30 ml of vodka.
