CINNAMON CLOUD LATTE

A silky, warming treat. Origin Indonesia, Fairtrade certified coffee, meets the natural sweetness of date syrup, a layer of velvety whipped cream and a touch of cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS*

  • Date syrup – 10 ml

  • Origin Indonesia, Fairtrade certified coffee – 110 ml

  • Milk 1.5% – 100 ml

  • Cream 35% – 500 ml

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Chai tea bag (Optional)

*Ingredient quantities suitable for a Nespresso View glass
Allergens: Milk

PREPARATION

  1. Pour 500 ml of cream into a 0.5 l whipped cream siphon and add one gas cartridge*.

  2. Shake well.

  3. Heat 100 ml of milk using the Barista device (hot milk mode).

  4. Pour 10 ml of date syrup into a festive mug and brew 110 ml of Origin Indonesia coffee.

  5. Add the hot milk to the mug, then top with 60 g of whipped cream.

  6. Place a cinnamon stick on top and dust lightly with ground cinnamon.

*Optional: Brew a chai tea bag in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down and add to the siphon with the cream.
