CINNAMON CLOUD LATTE
EASY: 2 MINUTES
A silky, warming treat. Origin Indonesia, Fairtrade certified coffee, meets the natural sweetness of date syrup, a layer of velvety whipped cream and a touch of cinnamon.
INGREDIENTS*

Date syrup – 10 ml

Origin Indonesia, Fairtrade certified coffee – 110 ml
-
Milk 1.5% – 100 ml
-
Cream 35% – 500 ml
-
Ground cinnamon
-
Cinnamon stick
-
Chai tea bag (Optional)

Allergens: Milk
PREPARATION

Pour 500 ml of cream into a 0.5 l whipped cream siphon and add one gas cartridge*.

Shake well.

Heat 100 ml of milk using the Barista device (hot milk mode).

Pour 10 ml of date syrup into a festive mug and brew 110 ml of Origin Indonesia coffee.

Add the hot milk to the mug, then top with 60 g of whipped cream.

Place a cinnamon stick on top and dust lightly with ground cinnamon.
*Optional: Brew a chai tea bag in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down and add to the siphon with the cream.
